Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the appliance in its original box, ensuring all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop the package off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item for quality compliance, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
